Now that the insulation is in it's time to line the box out. We decided that we would use 3mm decorative plywood, the same type fitted in most caravans and motorhomes. The plywood is strong, very light and with the plastic veneer is waterproof so it will easily wipe clean. To adhere the boards to the X-trem we used a Polymer sealant that has very good adhesive properties. Once it is lined out we will use a colour matched tape to cover the joins.

So now that the box is nicely lined out with decorative ply, it's time to fit the LED lighting. Originally we were going to use LED spots with 9 LED's per light. After purchasing these we found that they would not give us enough light, but they did give off a nice white/blue light. So we ordered some 30 LED swiveling strip lights. When we tested these they gave out a whiter light and the light filled the living space far better.
