FOR SALE (SOLD)

Paperwork for Morocco is fairly straight forward for UK residents.

For entry you will need to get visas for yourself and the vehicle.

To get your personal entry visa:
1. Your passport
2. A form from immigration that you fill entry information onto.

You hand these two into immigration who do their bit then return your passport with a dated entry visa stamped onto one of the pages. This visa is valid for 90 days.

To get your vehicle entry visa:
1. Your vehicle registration document.
2. Your vehicle insurance certificate (this needs to have printed on it in black and white that you’re insured for Morocco). Officially they required a Green Card (a green piece of card that says you’re insured in Morocco) but I don’t know any UK insurance companies that issue these any more.
3. Your passport.
4. A form from Customs that you fill your vehicle details onto.

You hand these into Customs who, if happy with it, hand back your visa form with their signature and stamp on the bottom left. This visa should be valid for 6 months. Next you need to have the vehicle inspected by a Customs official (to make sure there’s no alcohol, guns, drugs etc on board) and he will stamp and sign the bottom right of the visa form.

For exit you need to...
